The proposition consists of two separate companies that are offered jointly, but can also be acquired separately from each other.
It concerns a wholesaler of nutritional supplements and a online retail business for nutritional supplements. The online retail business purchases the entire range from the wholesaler, which also accepts and processes all orders. The wholesaler therefore actually functions as a dropshipping partner. Both companies work closely together and are therefore also offered in one purchase. They are easy to separate, if you prefer one of them.
The wholesaler originated from a therapist practice and has been around for more than 15 years. The online retail business was later set up by a befriended entrepreneur with the aim of being able to sell the range directly to consumers.
Both companies are active in the so-called self-care market. In the Netherlands (2019), this market has a size of € 801.3 million and is growing strongly. The wholesaler and online retailer are expected to be well positioned to benefit from this and further expected growth within the segment.
The offered online retailer has a low return percentage (<1%) and very high customer appreciation figures.
